Netbooks are generally considered to be the baby brother of laptops and notebook computers. They usually have a smaller overall size due to smaller screens and keyboards and are usually less powerful than their larger peers.

They are very good for simple browsing of the internet and checking emails and even writing documents if you can cope with the smaller keyboards they have.
