Try to reboot the computer again, and this time by pressing the key F8, choose for the last known good configuration mode instead of choosing the safe mode. If you just installed a software or hardware into your computer, and the problem of Blue Screen of Death appearing on the screen still continues, then probably try removing that software or hardware device driver, though you can install it again after some time.
In case the Blue Screen of Death still continues to appear, then the hardware is at fault. You must call a service technician in such a case, as it could be anything related to the hardware. It may be loose power supply, Ram memory, or disturbed motherboard.
